Heat Treating Equipment

  • Hayes Vacuum Furnaces: Sizes up to 42"x36"x24" and 925 lbs. Oil or gas quench. Fully automated programmable controllers.
  • Lindberg Homo Carburizing Furnace: Sizes up to 60"x33"dia. and up to 3000 lbs. Programmable controller. Sensor and probe monitored for atmosphere conditions.
  • Carbottom Normalizing Furnace: Sizes up to 72"x48"x36". Stress relief, normalizing and specialty carburizing operations.
  • Erco Normalizing Furnace: Sizes up to 11"x8"x5". Stress relief and normalizing.
  • Ipsen Tempering Furnaces: Sizes up to 120"x24"x21".
  • Lindberg Tempering Furnace: Sizes up to 15"dia. x 20Z".
  • Upton Salt Furnace: Sizes up to 20"x9"x9". Used for small tools and parts. Quench in salt and oil.
  • American Electric Lead Pot: Sizes up to 6"dia. x 14". Sectional and specialty hardening.
  • Solow Freezer: Sizes up to 68"x17"x20". -40°F to -120°F.
  • Manor Washer: Sizes up to 40"x50"x24".
  • Hannafin and Wilson Presses: Up to 75 tons.
